인공지능 시대의 지능과 인간의 본성에 대한 질문은 더욱 심화되었다. 본 연구는 지능의 본성에 관한 인지과학과 신학의 학제적 접근을 모색한다. 지능과 인간의 본성 탐구를 위한 인지과학과 신학의 대화는 다음과 같이 진행된다. 첫째, 본 연구는 지능의 정의에 대한 몇 가지 관점들로부터 논의를 시작하여, 유인원에 대비한 인간 지능의 특질들을 설명하면서, 현대적 인간론에서 바라본 인공 지능의 의미와 한계, 그리고 지성의 진정한 지위를 다룬다. 둘째, 본 연구는 지능의 지위에 대한 검토에서 인간의 지위에 대한 다각적 검토로 연구의 관점을 확대한다. 자연, 기술, 생명의 총체적 연결망에 대한 종합적 재구성은 인류세(Anthropocene) 시대에 직면한 인간의 중요한 과제이다. 인간 지능은 생물학적 위상을 넘어선 사회문화적 신경망의 관점에서 조명될 필요가 있다. 셋째, 본 연구는 생명의 복잡계 안에서 존재하는 인간 지위의 다면성과 그 역동적 위상을 조명할 것이다. 이를 통하여 인공지능 시대 ‘지능’과 ‘인간’의 존재론적 전회의 가능성을 다면적으로 모색할 것이다. 주 제 어 인공지능, 인간지능, 지능, 뇌, 포스트휴먼, 인간중심주의, 인간우월주의, 뇌과학, 인지과학, 신경과학, 학제간 연구, 신학과 과학 논문목차:

This study explores the interdisciplinary approach of cognitive science and theology to the nature of intelligence. The interdisciplinary dialogue of cognitive science and theology for the exploration of intelligence and human nature proceeds as follows. First, this study begins the discussion from several perspectives on the definition of intelligence, explains the characteristics of human intelligence compared to the ape, and deals with the meaning and limitations of artificial intelligence as seen in modern anthropology, and the true status of intelligence. Second, this study expands the perspective of research from a review of the status of intelligence to a multilateral review of the status of humans. Comprehensive reconstruction of the total network of nature, technology, and life is an important task for humans facing the Anthropocene era. Human intelligence needs to be illuminated from the perspective of sociocultural neural networks beyond biological phases. Third, this study will illuminate the multifacetedness of human status and its dynamic status in the complex system of life. Through this, we will seek multi-faceted possibilities of the ontological turn of intelligence and human in the age of artificial intelligence.
